Return policy for items returned by email request
At Choppy Crew, we want to ensure that your satisfaction with our products comes first. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns on items which will only be processed via an email return request.
Please note the following guidelines for a smooth return:
- Return Period: Returns can be requested within two weeks of receiving the item. Items returned outside of this time frame may not be accepted.
- Return Conditions: The item must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a return via email request. Please retain all original attachments, labels and accessories.
- Return Procedure: To request a return, please send an email to info@choppy-crew.com with the following information:
- Confirmation and further steps: After we receive your request, we will inform you about the next steps. This may include providing a return label, further instructions or information about the returns process.
- Return shipping costs: The costs for return shipping are not covered by Choppy Crew and must be paid by yourself.
- Refund: Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed in accordance with our general return and refund policy.
Please note that returns may not be processed without prior request via email. We strongly recommend that you contact our customer service team before returning an item to ensure a smooth process.
